
Sales Representative - Industrial Cleaning Chemical Products

- Acquire new clients and maintain existing accounts
- Conduct client visits (±10 per day), complete call reports and planners
- Meet sales targets and follow up on leads
- Upsell at existing clients and conduct product demos
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service, training, and support
- Perform technical installations, repairs, and emergency services when needed
- Offer customized cleaning and sanitation solutions
- Attend sales meetings and submit weekly reports
- Share market intelligence and feedback with Sales Manager
- Comply with communication and data policies
- Assist with debtor follow-ups and client onboarding documents
- Maintain accurate client records and manage merchandising
- Provide timely quotes and maintain HSE compliance at client sites
- Stay updated on products, industry trends, and sales techniques
- Attend training and continuously develop sales skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, positive, and professional
- Calm under pressure, diplomatic, and approachable
- Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
