
Senior Sales Representative

- Develop new business through client visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets (discussed during interview).
- Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Support operational requirements, including assisting with loading/unloading when necessary.
- Travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and project oversight.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities.
- Uphold the company reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (preferably in technical, construction, or industrial sales).
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s licence (Code EB advantageous for towing trailers).
- Reliable own vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Hands-on approach – comfortable assisting with operational tasks when required.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally work late.
- No criminal record or history of substance abuse.
