  • Support the Associate Director on the development and implementation of Enterprise Supplier Development (ESD) strategies that engage key stakeholders, build brand awareness and support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance on all BBBEE legislation.
  • Support with the development, monitoring and reporting of n ESD related policies and procedures.
  • Oversee adherence to budget, performance requirements and work plans to achieve ESD goals.
  • Evaluate company ESD initiatives compared to industry standards, trends and best practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes.
  • Write, edit, and manage the ESD and BBBEE reporting requirements
  • Support, manage, and report on the BBBEE verification process.

Enterprise and Supplier Development
  • Project management overview to track, monitor and ensure delivery of the firm wide Enterprise and Supplier Development projects
  • Align ESD with the Deloitte Supply Chain Management initiatives, where appropriate, and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  • Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise and Supplier Development Plan
  • Develop the ESD quarterly Report for monitoring purposes.
  • Engagement with beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders for ESD report data collation

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Honours Degree or Degree in Human Sciences, communication sciences or equivalent
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years’ experience on BBBEE
  • Desired Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
Desired Experience: Experience on Enterprise Supplier Development will be preferred.Technical competencies
