1. Stock Replenishment & Control
Perform daily replenishment of kitchens, meeting rooms, and stationery points.
Issue and receive stock using handheld devices.
Inform the Stock Controller promptly when stock levels are low.
Conduct weekly stock counts.
Ensure kitchens remain fully stocked with refreshments, cutlery, and crockery.
Collect and distribute stock to relevant buildings.
Issue fruit, milk, and hygiene consumables (to Prestige weekly).2. Storeroom Management
Maintain storerooms in a neat and clean condition.
Arrange weekly storeroom cleaning.
Ensure safe stacking and correct storage of products.
Manage expiry dates and rotate stock (FIFO method).
Conduct quality checks on fruit.3. Equipment & Facilities Care
Clean coffee machines daily.
Ensure stock-related equipment is handled responsibly.
Report faults or shortages to the Stock Controller immediately.4. Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the Stock Controller to manage stock levels efficiently.
Support colleagues in meeting replenishment deadlines and quality standards.
Uphold teamwork and communication in daily team meetings.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCEThe Applicant must meet the following requirements:
- Matric (Senior Certificate)
- Prior experience in a kitchen, stock control, or facilities environment (advantageous)
