Our client has an opportunity available for a Facilitator and Client Accounts Manager based in the Western Cape.Requirements:
  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience as a facilitator within a business development environment.
  • 2 to 5 years of Sales experience in the training profession environment.
  • Experience marketing to SDF’s and BBBEE Consultants.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Proven history of success in sales.
KPAs:
  • Create an environment free from distraction that allows the learners to absorb the learning objectives.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks and details for reports are completed.
  • Be part of a peer review when facilitating to develop skills and add to facilitating tools.
  • Generate sales prospects by identifying opportunities at appropriate existing and new customers.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients.
  • Identify customers, set up appointments, and visit their offices as and when required.
  • Follow up on all visits or quotes to clients.
  • Manage new business brought into the Company.
  • Ensure that clients remain active with the Company.
  • Monitor, follow up, and action tender or RFQ requests.
  • Obtain competitor information.
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback reports to the Operations Manager on activities that have transpired in the field.
  • Communicate all client queries or incidents to the Operations Manager.
