- Actively promote and sell company products to assigned distributor accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing distributor networks and potential new accounts.
- Monitor sales trends and performance data to develop and adjust sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor contacts at all levels.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to distributor teams to drive sell-through.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor-related inquiries and support needs.
- Execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and in-store merchandising in collaboration with distributors.
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging and product representation across all distributor channels.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
