With a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and durability, it supports efficient water management for municipalities, utilities, and private sector clients across South Africa.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team, focusing on driving sales performance, enhancing brand visibility, and nurturing strong relationships with distributor customers. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify growth opportunities, support distributor partners, and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Actively promote and sell company products to assigned distributor accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing distributor networks and potential new accounts.
  • Monitor sales trends and performance data to develop and adjust sales strategies.
Distributor Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor contacts at all levels.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to distributor teams to drive sell-through.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor-related inquiries and support needs.
Brand Awareness & Promotion:
  • Execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, and in-store merchandising in collaboration with distributors.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging and product representation across all distributor channels.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations as a brand ambassador.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internally to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
