- Manage and execute daily social media activities (mainly LinkedIn & Instagram).
- Plan, create, and publish original content for social, email, and web channels.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely output.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing campaigns with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging with business priorities.
- Conduct keyword and hashtag research to maximize reach in B2B/RegTech audiences.
- Design basic graphics and visual assets (using Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years experience in social media and content marketing, ideally in B2B or tech.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Business Suite, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite), and CMS platforms.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and basic design skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to shape content strategy.
- HubSpot Content Marketing or Google Digital Marketing Certification.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or RegTech marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
