-POSITION INFO:Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy across digital channels, managing social media presence, coordinating content and design assets, and representing the brand at trade shows, events, and client activations.You'll play a key part in shaping how the company is perceived and help build a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to build audience engagement and brand awarenessMonitor analytics, track performance, and adapt social strategy based on insightsCollaborate with internal teams to promote services, launches, and updates via digital channelsCoordinate the creation of marketing collateral (presentations, banners, brochures, case studies)Manage planning, , and representation at industry trade shows, expos, and marketing eventsMaintain brand consistency across all touchpointsSupport email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website content updatesLiaise with photographers, designers, and third-party agencies as neededAssist with internal communications, client gifting, and ad-hoc marketing initiativesRequirements2-3 years of marketing experience (social media, event marketing, or digital content preferred)Solid understanding of brand and principlesStrong writing and communication skills with an eye for visual consistencyComfortable managing and creating content in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar toolsConfident in-person communicator-comfortable representing the brand at events and exposHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBased in Cape Town, with availability to travel to events locally and nationally as requiredSelf-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBonus Points ForExperience in tech, digital services, or agency environmentsFamiliarity with paid social media campaigns or SEO basicsPhotography, video editing, or content creation skillsExperience with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google AnalyticsWhat We OfferFlexible working (remote-first, with occasional in-person meetings or events)Opportunity to own and shape a growing brand's presenceA collaborative and creative team that values new ideas and initiativeExposure to exciting projects, clients, and a supportive leadership team
