Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity is available for Engineering graduates who are looking to complete their P1 & P2 in-service training. This role is designed to provide hands-on practical experience in a real working environment, allowing graduates to apply their academic knowledge to practical projects while gaining valuable workplace exposure.ResponsibilitiesSupport production and process improvement initiatives.Assist with workflow analysis, time and motion studies, and efficiency projects.Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.Provide support in production planning, scheduling, and data analysis.Assist with quality control and assurance tasks.Prepare reports and present findings to supervisors.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on day-to-day activities.Minimum RequirementsCompleted National Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering.Must require P1 & P2 practical training as part of qualification.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.
