We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Finance Projects Specialist to drive critical finance-linked projects; from WIP-to-cash improvements to contracts management insights. You will combine strong BI/data analytics skills with a practical finance understanding to deliver insights that improve cash flow, reporting, and commercial decision-making.Key Responsibilities

WIP-to-Cash Cycle: Pinpoint missing timesheets, aged WIP, and high-risk debtors; build tracking tools that help accelerate billing and collections.
Cost Containment: Identify areas of spend leakage and opportunities for efficiency.
Contracts Register: Extract meaningful financial/commercial insights from the new contracts management system.
BI / Systems: Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards and workflows (Power BI, SQL, SharePoint).
Knowledge Transfer: Guide and train team members to understand new reports and processes, ensuring sustainability.

About You

Experience: BI / Data Analytics / FP&A background with strong finance exposure; ideally professional services.
Technical Skills: SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, PowerQuery, DAX; SharePoint development and integration experience highly advantageous.
Mindset: Straight shooter with strong interpersonal skills, able to hold the team's hand and show “how to do it.”
Style: Energetic, approachable, and solutions-driven, with a proven track record of turning data into action.
