- Drive vehicle sales by actively prospecting and closing deals
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock availability and specifications
- Manage deal documentation and finance applications
- Work closely with the sales and admin teams to ensure accurate processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Engage with customers professionally and ethically
- Provide after-sales support where required
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Represent the dealership at promotional events or launches
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to work under pressure
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven vehicle sales experience (non-negotiable)
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Experience in a high-volume, competitive sales environment
- Sound understanding of finance and insurance processes
