Contract: 3-month fixed-term, with the opportunity for permanent placement based on performanceWe’re looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales Support team member to assist our sales department and customers. If you are fluent in Afrikaans, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Minimum Requirements:Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)Matric (Grade 12)Previous experience in internal sales or a sales support environmentImmediate availabilityKey Knowledge Areas:ERP systemsProduct and store operation knowledgeSafe lifting and carrying techniquesAdmin procedures and company documentationReceiving processesRe-order facility and mark-up/gross profit (GP) calculationsGoods and services provided by the companyKey Responsibilities: Sales Support:Manage correspondence between Sales Consultants and customersMonitor and update customer accountsProvide data and reports to support sales performanceTrack sales targets and assist in lead generationSource new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound communicationForward qualified leads to the sales teamArrange appointments and follow up on outstanding quotesKeep consultants updated on order status, promotions, deliveries, and customer queriesCustomer Service:Provide accurate stock, pricing, and product informationCommunicate order and delivery status to customersResolve queries, including delivery issues, back orders, faulty stock, and account problemsUpdate customer contact informationPromote products and services to stimulate customer interestRespond professionally and objectively to complaintsOrder Administration:Process emailed orders from customers and consultantsCompile and forward quotations, including price calculationsAccurately process orders with correct pricing, item numbers, and discountsFollow up on quotations that haven’t been converted to salesIf you do not hear from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
