- Generate and execute marketing concepts that reflect the established luxury brand identity.
- Design marketing packs, brochures, signage, site plans, and digital assets with a premium aesthetic.
- Uphold and enhance brand standards across all internal and external communications.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Execute digital campaigns and social media strategies, optimising performance through analytics.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and polished presence across all channels.
- Maintain and update content across property websites and landing pages.
- Capture professional photography and manage high-quality visual assets.
- Collaborate with digital partners and vendors to maintain seamless platform experiences.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to track sales, rental, and industry trends.
- Align marketing strategies with audience insights and emerging opportunities.
- Lead the development of lead generation campaigns, ensuring early momentum for upcoming launches.
- Design and distribute campaign materials for residential and commercial projects.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring ROI through smart planning and resource use.
- Plan and execute launch events, broker functions, and branded activations (typically four annually across JHB and Cape Town).
- Coordinate all event elements—venue, catering, signage, décor, and branded items.
- Oversee show home and container setup, ensuring top-tier presentation.
- Report to the MD while collaborating closely with the Business Owner, Financial Director, Sales Manager, and administrative support.
- Work directly with agencies, printers, signage vendors, and event suppliers.
- Manage signage registers, "To Let" board inventory, and branding consistency across developments.
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Design.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role within a luxury brand environment (property, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.)
- With a strength in Design
- Proficiency in Fusion, PropCntrl, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business, Kinsta, and SIMS-Redi.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and driven to deliver results
- Own vehicle and driver’s license essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours around key campaigns and events.
