Known for its innovation, sustainability, and commitment to excellence, the business continues to deliver long-term value to investors, tenants, and communities.The Financial Manager is responsible for managing the full finance function of property portfolios, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. The role oversees cash flow, rental income, recoveries, and expense allocations while ensuring accurate and timely reporting. In addition, the Financial Controller provides strategic financial insights, partners with property managers and executives to drive profitability, and maintains strong internal controls and systems to support sustainable growth.
