My client is seeking an experienced and hardworking Credit Facilitator to manage the full credit control function across assigned portfolios, with a strong focus on field-level debt (Consultants, Managers, and Prospective Distributors). This role involves proactive debt recovery, account monitoring, training support, and onboarding leadership responsibilities, with the potential to grow into a Team Leader position.As a Credit Facilitator you will responsible for the following:
- Oversee the full credit lifecycle: invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Proactively recover debt from Consultants and Managers, implementing structured follow-up actions.
- Prepare and monitor Acknowledgements of Debt (AODs) to ensure compliance.
- Provide money management training and support to consultants and managers.
- Maintain accurate account histories, prepare reports, and flag high-risk accounts early.
- Collaborate with and mentor junior team members, gradually taking on team oversight responsibilities.
Diploma in Credit Management, Accounting, or related financial field.
3–5 years’ credit control experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong background in field collections, AOD handling, and system updating.
Fluent in English; proficiency in multiple African languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
