We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to support our Demand Planning team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate data, facilitating smooth order processes, and supporting operational efficiency across the supply chain. This role is essential in enabling timely and accurate planning, trading, and execution.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Data administration experience.
  • Understanding of data administration systems and practices.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in an administrative or supply chain support role (preferred). Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, or order management platforms are an advantage.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and planning processes.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSiBILITIESPlanning
  • Input order quantities accurately as directed by Demand Planners.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing forecasts to suppliers.
  • Support the team in updating forecast files and ensuring the accuracy of planning inputs.
Trading
  • Collate and input weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor stock availability and escalate potential stock risks or delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
Reviewing
  • Assist in reviewing GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers) and follow up on discrepancies with warehouses.
  • Support post-delivery reviews, ensuring stock receipts match expected volumes and timing.
  • Help identify recurring supply or delivery issues for escalation.
Data and Systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of all order related and sales data into relevant systems.
  • Support the maintenance of planning tools, master data, and reporting templates.
  • Assist with data validation and basic analysis to support planning decisions.
