- Data administration experience.
- Understanding of data administration systems and practices.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in an administrative or supply chain support role (preferred). Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, or order management platforms are an advantage.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and planning processes.

- Input order quantities accurately as directed by Demand Planners.
- Assist with preparing and distributing forecasts to suppliers.
- Support the team in updating forecast files and ensuring the accuracy of planning inputs.
- Collate and input weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Monitor stock availability and escalate potential stock risks or delays.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in reviewing GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers) and follow up on discrepancies with warehouses.
- Support post-delivery reviews, ensuring stock receipts match expected volumes and timing.
- Help identify recurring supply or delivery issues for escalation.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of all order related and sales data into relevant systems.
- Support the maintenance of planning tools, master data, and reporting templates.
- Assist with data validation and basic analysis to support planning decisions.
