
Contract Administrator

- Facilitate onboarding new contracts across platforms such as Teamcenter, Wrike, Acumatica, HubSpot, and FileCloud.
- Create and populate Product Configuration Documents (PCDs).
- Prepare the Kick-Off Review (KOR) presentations.
- Compile and update bi-weekly status and share with customers.
- Prepare Export License application documentation
- Maintain and update Dashboards.
- Create and populate the Contract Change Requests
- Update the customers' folders with the latest documentation
- Accurately record and prepare minutes during meetings.
- 0–2 years of experience in Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and specifications related to space projects
