Opportunity for an AccountantMy client is a well-established property management company with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to join our team and help manage the financial operations of their growing property portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on handling the financial day-to-day tasks related to our property portfolio, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with compliance needs and ideally have sectional title knowledge.Duties:

Trial Balance & Journals
Balance Sheets
Prepare and issue levy statements for sectional title properties,
Provide necessary financial information and documentation to external auditors for annual audits.
Processing payments
Monthly reconciliations

Experience and education:

BCom Accounting
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Property industry experience is preferred
