This role supports strategic decision-making by partnering with property and asset managers, ensuring accurate lease accounting, managing costs, and maintaining compliance. The Regional FM will also handle stakeholder engagement, support financial modelling for developments and acquisitions, lead a finance team, and drive process and system improvements for efficient reporting and operational excellence.Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com Accounting
SAIPA/SAICA
MDA advantageous
9 years relevant property experience
