- To ensure orders are picked, dispatched and received on time.
- To ensure the Online Driver leaves with a reasonable time by assisting in the dispatch process.
- Ensure the correct stock is picked using the correct procedures.
- Ensure that not more than 2 picking errors are conducted within a calendar month.
- Ensure that effective communication and customer service is conducted when there are orders that are late (as per the expected delivery date) or short delivered.
- Communicate when order will be sent out short - obtaining customers approval.
- To process all IBTs on an immediate basis (where applicable).
- To conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts to ensure effective stock management.
- Effective stock management by ensuring there are limited damages and write-offs within the monthly budget or less than R1000.00 per month.
- To ensure damages and write-offs are processed before the 25th of every month.
- Processing of all GRVs and invoicing on an immediate basis.
- To assist when orders need to be booked with the courier service.
- To conduct effective end of day house keeping.
- To ensure no orders are missed.
- To ensure no orders are sent with the courier service as Express, Overnight or Same Day without approval from your manager.
