Hire Resolve's client is a reputable mining company operating in Gauteng, and they are currently looking for a dedicated Procurement Clerk to join their team.Responsibilities:

Manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
Maintain accurate procurement records
Assist with inventory management
Collaborate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met
Assist in buying
Vendor onboarding
Requisition follow-ups
Checking the descriptions from the site
General paperwork

Requirements

Previous experience in procurement within the mining industry is essential
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of mining equipment and materials
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
