Are you passionate about leading teams to success while making a meaningful impact on students’ educational journeys? We are seeking a Team Leader: Enrolment & Retention Services to oversee a high-performing team dedicated to guiding students from their first inquiry through to enrolment and continued success.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring your team consistently achieves enrolment and retention KPIs, delivers an exceptional student experience, and strengthens outcomes for our university partners. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, analyse performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the student journey.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Enrolment & Retention Specialists.
  • Monitor performance and ensure consistent delivery of enrolment and retention KPIs.
  • Oversee the student lifecycle from inquiry through to enrolment.
  • Drive activity targets, improve conversion rates, and resolve bottlenecks in the process.
  • Implement structured student retention strategies to maximise engagement and reduce dropouts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders to support student success.
  • Provide data-driven reporting on enrolment and retention performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and partner expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in inside sales, call centre leadership, student enrolment, or retention services.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales, enrolment, or retention KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire a performance-driven team.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, SMS) with a student-centric approach.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse and act on performance reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Contact Centre systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
