The Intermediate Test Analyst will lead the planning, development, execution, and documentation of testing activities, using both manual and automated testing methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse requirements to determine test conditions and prioritise test casesPlan test strategies and document test objectives and resourcesDesign and execute manual and automated test scriptsConduct performance and load testing to ensure responsiveness and stabilityIdentify risks and ensure compliance with testing protocols and standardsMaintain technical documentation aligned with internal policiesSet up and maintain test environments that replicate productionPerform fix verification and impact analysisEstimate testing efforts for sprint planning and project forecastingProvide detailed defect reporting and trend analysisGuide and support other testers, ensuring adherence to best practicesContinuously improve testing strategies and processesLead test automation initiatives and participate in design reviewsEnsure successful handover from QA to OperationsAbout YouMinimum of 5 years experience in a test analyst or QA roleStrong experience with both manual and automated testing techniquesSkilled in analyzing system requirements and translating them into test plansFamiliar with performance/load testing and debugging toolsExperience working within Agile teams and sprint environmentsComfortable mentoring junior team members and guiding best practicesStrong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skillsDetail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality softwareBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
