Degree – Intermediate Phase with an interest in teaching Science and Mathematics as subjects. The internship also provides an excellent opportunity to integrate studying and real teaching experience while working in a highly functioning school and a remarkable team.This position involves but is not limited to the following: - Assisting in Grade 4-7 classes in all learning areas
- Mentoring by an experienced and qualified teacher
- Participation in co-curricular activities and sports coaching
- Supervision duties including some evenings, weekends and school holidays
- Participation in professional and personal growth opportunities
- Participation in a variety of collaborative teams
Requirements: - Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literate
- Proof of current registration for final year at a tertiary level
- Own transport and accommodation
Remuneration will include - A contribution to tuition fees
