- Design, customise, and develop SharePoint-based web applications and solutions.
- Identify, analyse, and digitize business processes to enable automation.
- Develop solutions leveraging the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Implement security by design and integrate automated testing into build and release pipelines.
- Create reusable design patterns and ensure efficient solution architecture.
- Build integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) to enhance data flow and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Coach and mentor team members to promote skills development.
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (NQF6+).
- Degree (NQF7+) preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer.
- Proven experience in implementation and delivery of SharePoint solutions.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and modern API platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, ideally Azure and Office 365.
- Technical expertise in:
- SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013
- PowerApps and Power Automate
- Power BI
- PowerShell with SharePoint and PnP Modules
- Microsoft Teams, Exchange, ServiceNow
- SQL Server (on-prem)
- ShareGate, Azure Active Director
- DevOps, Windows 10/11
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.
