We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our crossfunctional software development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development,
testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement of complex Salesforce-based applications
and software systems. You will ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and adaptable
to evolving business requirements. In addition, you will provide technical direction, mentor
team members, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to
address challenges and ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, OmniScript, Flows, and
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business analysts to gather
- Lead and support all phases of the software development lifecycle, including
- Leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant
- Ensure best practices in DevOps, version control, testing, and code quality are
- Mentor junior developers and serve as a technical expert for cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Integrate with external systems using RESTful APIs and manage data flow across
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience developing Salesforce solutions
- Solid experience in both front-end and back-end development
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud
- Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniScript, Flow
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud is advantageous
- Front-end development: Responsive design, browser performance, and optimization
- Back-end development: Advanced programming, algorithms, and design patterns
- DevOps and SDLC methodologies
- Version control (e.g., Git)
- Testing frameworks and practices
- RESTful API design and third-party integration
- Cloud platforms: AWS or Azure
- Microservices and event-driven architecture
- Containerization and deployment via Kubernetes
- Database technologies: SQL and NoSQL, with a focus on performance and
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers
