- Assisting the maintenance manager / team with stock and paper work where necessary.
- Assisting Property Manager with various property related matters and documents when necessary.
- Overseeing Maintenance supervisor
- Overseeing Security
- Overseeing Cleaning
- Obtaining, checking all quotes and preparing requisitions for all property payments.
- Overseeing staff issues within the student residence
- Keeping student residence compliant and attending to student issues which have been escalated
- Overseeing student liaison reports
- Overseeing stock
- Inventory and stock control.
- Assisting with clock cards and preparation of clock cards
- Obtaining quotes as when requested by Management / Maintenance
- Assisting in adhoc tasks assigned by Management
- Keeping accurate records of students and details
- Keeping clear records or incidents /damages/quote etc
- Meeting with Management weekly for updates
- Minutes of meeting
- Picking up of all materials for maintenance
- Viewing and recording of footage and reports in residence
- Periodic security supervisor checks
- Working with security to minimize student risks
- Handling Complaints/Emergencies
- Review of camera footage daily for general security and incidents
- Establishing maintenance protocols & systems including preventative measures
- Processing invoices and orders
- Stock control, sourcing new suppliers and better pricing
- Constantly monitoring and working on ways to reduce building costs including water and electricity consumption
- Forecasting / stock requirements to cater for emergencies
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Ensuring building compliance
- Handling and addressing student complaints
- On call 24/7 for emergency callout / calls.
- Complete various administrative tasks for Management.
- Assisting with paper work between head office
