Hire Resolve's client, a leading player in the Sugar Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Crop Production Manager to join their team. As the Crop Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the crop production activities, ensuring the highest quality and yield of sugar cane. Develop and implement crop production strategies and plans to achieve production targets
Monitor and manage crop health, irrigation, and pest control
Oversee the planting, harvesting, and post-harvesting activities
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, machinery, and fertilizers
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize production processes
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide leadership and guidance to the crop production team
Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in crop production

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop production management, preferably in the sugar industry
Knowledge of crop health, irrigation, and pest control practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
