Key Responsibility Areas
- Providing assistance to members of the public and staff at the public counter for Archives.
- Maintaining the operation of all viewing and archiving machinery within the division.
- Providing a general administrative support function to the division.
- Providing daily management of the office.
- Maintaining correct data on the IT tracking and document management system.
- Supporting other staff where relevant.
- Maintaining a suitable database/ registry, documentation system
- Undertaking and generating, collection, collation of information for statistical reporting
