- Manage the full commissioning process from content requests to publication using established tools and workflows.
- Conduct research to identify suitable authors based on practice areas and content needs.
- Commission expert contributors, including those recommended by internal teams.
- Negotiate contributor agreements and ensure all contractual terms are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with user needs and business goals.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on key trends.
- Continuously seek ways to improve commissioning processes and increase efficiency.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, able to explain the value of contributing to LexisNexis.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how legal content supports professional needs.
- Confident and credible when engaging with senior professionals and subject matter experts.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent legal experience is desirable.
