Req ID [[68341]] [[Johannesburg, South Africa ]]Key purpose of the role:Accountability for pricing approach for the sub-region, this includes SPV, price harmonization, KPI management, analytics, voice of market and customers. Deployment of corridor pricing, processes, and pricing tools to impact defined sales and margin for the sub-region.Your main tasks as a Pricing Specialist:

Operational pricing for the sub-region incl. price implementation, SPV, NHF compliance & other pricing KPIs under consideration of the pricing framework given by global pricing.
Drive & execute sub-regional margin optimization in alignment with sub-region as well as global pricing guidelines & processes.
Voice of the local market & customers to the regional and global pricing team.
Monitoring and control of price compliance to price corridors & price harmonization
Operationally responsible for the price approval process & controls in the sub-region, including documentation.
Manage regional roll-out of pricing software in coordination with global pricing.
Build & maintain local customer clusters, local invoice price list with changes, supersessions, NPI etc. across all channels.

Your profile as a Pricing Specialist:

University degree in related field
Deep understanding of the retail price set up for the market, minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles preferably in the automotive spare parts sector.
Experience in price/profitability analysis with very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams with strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English [Business language]
