Johannesburg East, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South AfricaAre you ready to take charge of your career and drive transformative change in pricing strategies?We are seeking a dynamic Pricing Specialist to play a vital role in shaping pricing strategies, optimising margins, and amplifying the market and customer voices.You will be at the forefront of operational pricing, leading the implementation of pricing strategies and other critical pricing KPIs for the subregion. Your expertise will drive subregional margin optimisation and ensure alignment with global pricing guidelines and processes.Furthermore, you will serve as the conduit between our organisation, the local market, and customers, providing invaluable insights to regional and global pricing teams. Your role will also encompass monitoring and enforcing price compliance, overseeing price approval processes, and managing the regional deployment of pricing software.Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- University degree in a related field
- Deep understanding of the retail price set up for the market, minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience in price/profitability analysis
- Solid MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems expertise
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
