- Financial Management (including budgeting, debtors/creditors administration, cash flow management, statistical reporting, reconciliations, journals, month-end administration, payroll and payments)
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Overall responsibility for managing audit procedures and findings
- Financial Reporting
- Oversee payroll processes
- Act as Company Secretary
- Relevant post graduate qualification (BCom / BAcc)
- Completed articles & professional registration (SAICA / SAPIA / CIMA)
- At least 8 years’ business-financial management experience
- Previous experience in the Agricultural or Logistical Industries (advantageous)
- Professional knowledge and insight with regards to the functioning of business enterprises
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to interpret and analyse data
- Well-developed leadership and management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Well-developed computer literacy and skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills
