Lead and manage end-to-end refrigeration projects
Identify new sales opportunities in retail and commercial markets
Manage and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee project resources, timelines, and budgets
Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
Commission and sign off refrigeration systems
Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement in systems and execution

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of refrigeration experience
Refrigeration technical qualification (essential)
Proven project management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Technical knowledge and hands-on understanding
Must be mobile with own transport.
Willing to travel.
