- Understand the customer: maintain a deep understanding of the youth banking challenges facing parents and students
- Run the school sales process: Prospect, pitch, demo, close and onboard schools
- Optimise the direct-to-parent channel: Refine and execute strategies to increase parent awareness, acquisition, and engagement through in-app messaging, marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
- Drive adoption and usage: Identify the highest-impact levers to drive card issuance, usage, top-ups and purchases.
- Manage roll-out: Hands on management of card roll out at schools
- Collaborate across teams: Work with product, ops, marketing and customer support to improve tools, materials, and campaigns.
- Engage with end-users: National travel and face to face meetings to spend time with school staff, parents, and learners to understand usage patterns and pain points.
- Plan ahead: Short-term and long-term planning to support strategic business goals
- Report: Regular reporting of key metrics against targets
- Monitor the market: Keep abreast of developments locally and globally
- Optimise internal tools: Work within our CRM system to manage and track the sales pipeline
- A passion for changing the status quo, with a clear desire to work in a forward-thinking tech company and a willingness to grow with the company as it expands
- A seasoned B2B and B2C Sales Manager with key account sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to draw insights from data and customer engagements, and translate into actionable tactics
- High energy, charismatic individual
