- Act as the primary contact for regulators, partners, vendors, and stakeholders in South Africa.
- Lead and manage the local team and affiliate network, driving performance and growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to localise campaigns and products in line with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen market position.
- Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and cost management to maximize revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with South African Gaming and Labour Laws, licensing, and reporting requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and support licensing and certification processes (BMM/GLI).
- 3+ years' experience in online gambling/sports betting operations in South Africa.
- 1+ years' managerial/leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, affiliate network, regulatory framework, and compliance standards.
- Solid understanding of Labour Law and Gaming Law in South Africa.
- Experience to work with MER
- Proven ability in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
