  • 3-5 years project management experience in cloud migration or consulting specifically, in AWS environments.
  • Proven delivery of multi-workstream projects in cloud or enterprise IT settings.
  • MUST HAVE Strong understanding of the AWS MAP framework, particularly the Mobilize phase.
  • Previous experience at an AWS Partner or in AWS Partner-led MAP engagements.
  • Familiarity with AWS-native tooling (e.g., Control Tower, Config, CloudTrail, SSO, IAM, Well-Architected Tool).
  • Strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and tracking multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project tracking platforms. Desirable Experience and Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master)
  • Familiarity with AWS funding mechanisms such as MAP, WAFR, OLA, TIDF, and Proof of Execution (PoE) reporting.
  • Experience with FinOps and cloud cost modeling as part of MAP business case delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of MAP Mobilize phase projects including Migration Readiness Assessments (MRA), Landing Zone deployments, Security Foundations, Application Portfolio Assessments, and Business Case development.
  • Own the project lifecycle from AWS MAP onboarding to transition into the Migrate & Modernize phase, in close alignment with AWS account teams and internal technical leads.
  • Maintain MAP-specific project artifacts: Workstream plans, mobilize checklists, MAP funding trackers, and customer-facing deliverables.
  • Track AWS MAP milestones and ensure alignment with AWS-defined stage gates and funding criteria (e.g., TIDF/WAFR documentation).
  • Act as the central point of contact for AWS stakeholders, internal teams, and clients for all MAP-related coordination and communication.
  • Drive the execution of cross-functional MAP workstreams (e.g., Governance, Security, Landing Zone, Operations, Application Discovery).
  • Facilitate internal resource planning across MAP workstreams using Jira, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Lead regular status reporting to AWS and client stakeholders, including timeline, risk, funding usage, and deliverables progress.
  • Ensure compliance with AWS program requirements and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
