- Postgraduate Qualification in Quality or Food Safety Management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior quality role within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
- 8 Years in quality management in brewing / beverage / food / agricultural product manufacturing industry is preferred
- Lead and manage the quality department ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Develop and implement quality control policies and SOPs
- Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
- Train and mentor quality and lab staff
- Interface with regulatory bodies and manage audits
