- Oversee the daily activities of the internal team to ensure productivity, engagement, and efficient delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues related to time management, staff morale, or team discipline.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Act as a point of contact for clients when needed, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Liaise between clients and internal team members to align expectations and outcomes.
- Track, analyse, and report on operational and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions and guide team strategy.
- Monitor internal software tools and resource usage to control operational costs.
- Streamline workflows and implement best practices in time management and project execution.
- Proven experience in team management, HR, or operational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and key performance metrics.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (certifications are a plus).
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in team leadership, digital marketing, or operations management.
