Are a CA(SA)
Have 12+ years senior financial operations experience
Have deep exposure to distribution centres, logistics, FMCG, wholesale or warehousing (non-negotiable)

Can see the big picture but never lose sight of the details
Lead with confidence and communicate with influence at every level
