Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechatronic systems and components
- Support senior engineers in R&D, prototyping, and product improvement
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Help create technical documentation, reports, and user manuals
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of mechanical design, electronics, and embedded systems
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and basic programming (e.g., C/C++, Python, or PLCs)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment
