- Purchase office related items.
- Maintain the Healthy and Safety Database.
- Filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Assist with booking accommodation and flights.
- Type letters and contracts, presentations and correspondence.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Matric
- Office support Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in Office Support position.
- Proficient in MS Office
