An industry leader in explosion-protected electrical solutions is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Sales Engineer to join their team. This is your chance to work with advanced products, trusted globally in hazardous industries, while developing strong customer relationships across South Africa.Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Relevant electrical or instrumentation qualification (N3 minimum; N6 / Diploma preferred)
Proven sales experience within explosive environment industries (oil & gas, mining, petrochemical, marine, etc.)
EX certification & HAZLOC current and valid
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years field sales experience in electrical or instrumentation products
Strong knowledge of explosion protection technologies, equipment, and applicable standards
Established relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users in hazardous industries
Ability to manage both MRO (maintenance) and new project sales
Technical aptitude to provide onsite support, product presentations, and solution recommendations
Self-driven approach with excellent communication and closing skills
