This remote-based role is designed for a professional who understands gearboxes, precision gear drives, and gear manufacturing—and can confidently engage both Engineers and procurement teams.The company has a solid footprint in the coal mining sector and is actively diversifying into broader mining and industrial markets.Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Hands-on gear experience is essential (manufacturing, gearboxes, or precision drives)
Proven networks in mining or heavy industrial sectors
Based in Gauteng (remote work with client visits)
Technically fluent and results-driven in mechanical applications

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Identify and grow new business in mining and industrial markets
Translate complex specs into gear-driven solutions
Engage with engineering teams and Plant Managers to deliver fit-for-purpose products
Collaborate with manufacturing on technical scoping and pricing
Represent the business at on-site visits, trade shows, and technical demonstrations
