- Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor performance and ROI daily, using a test-and-learn approach.
- Develop and refine bidding strategies and budget allocations.
- Set up accurate tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Produce detailed performance reports and campaign insights.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing on strategy.
- Explore and test additional paid channels (e.g. Bing, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Contribute additional marketing skills such as email automation or short-form video content.
- 3+ years experience managing PPC campaigns (especially Google Ads).
- Deep knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation.
- Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and lead tracking.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Passion for digital advertising and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (bonus).
- Knowledge of other paid platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, or Meta (bonus).
- Creative flair for email marketing or video content creation (bonus).
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working 95 UK hours in a hybrid Cape Town office (3 days/week).
