As Lodge Manager, you will take full ownership of the guest journey, ensuring every stay is immersive, intuitive, and unforgettable. You'll lead a passionate team, shape service standards, and be a visible and charismatic host.

The Field Guide will embody the spirit of the wilderness, engaging guests with exceptional guiding, ecological storytelling, and tailored safari experiences. This role is more than a job—it's a calling to share nature’s wonder with insight and humility. We are looking for a certified Trails Guide (FGASA NQF4), with ARH, First Aid Level 1, Rifle Proficiency, and a deep love of conservation and guest interaction.
- Delivering world-class guided game drives and walking safaris
- Creating intimate, safe, and educational wildlife encounters
- Contributing to lodge social media with fresh, authentic content
- Acting with calm authority in emergency or safety scenarios
