
Food and Beverage Manager

- Oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, including dining service, bar, and special event coordination
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of service staff to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food and beverage offerings meet 5-star standards
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and service standards across all outlets
- Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Be hands-on with guests engaging, checking in during meals, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury hospitality
- Continuously review systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Minimum 35 years experience in a senior Food & Beverage role in a 5-star environment (lodge/hotel/cruise)
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities outgoing, confident, and service-driven
- A genuine love for working with people and providing warm, attentive service
- Knowledge of wine pairing, food trends, and luxury hospitality standards
- Must be willing to live and work in a remote lodge environment on a scheduled work cycle
- Drivers license and contactable references essential
