- Account Management: Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and year-on-year revenue growth.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to engineer menu solutions tailored to client needs, introducing new trends and product innovations.
- Strategic Client Partnerships: Deeply understand customer businesses and develop value-driven partnerships aligned to business goals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, while ensuring commercial sustainability and margin integrity.
- Pricing & Reviews: Implement timely pricing cycles and conduct regular sales performance reviews with decision-makers.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share across new regional or national accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor hot and cold drink trends and competitor activity to maintain relevance and competitive edge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, marketing, R&D, supply chain, and operations to deliver on key account objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts, ensuring proactive issue resolution and ongoing engagement.
- Minimum: Matric (Grade 12)
- Preferred: National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or Communication
- Experience: 3-4 years in Sales, Account Management, or Catering Management, with foodservice industry knowledge being essential
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities

- Total Cost to Company: R43,000 per month
- Basic Salary: R33,300
- Travel Allowance: R8,500
- Cell Phone Allowance: R1,200
- Sales Incentives: Bi-monthly commission based on performance (R12,000-R18,000 potential)
- Vehicle Maintenance Allowance: R13,500 annually
- Company Tools: Fleet fuel card and company credit card for business expenses
- Retirement and Medical Aid: To be funded from CTC package
