  • CNC Machine Supervision & Operation: Oversee daily CNC pipe cutting machine activities, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. Operate machines directly when required.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and support auxiliary staff, including material controllers and operators, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Technical Oversight: Perform programming checks, monitor quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all outputs meet required tolerances.
  • Workflow & Resource Management: Coordinate material flow, manage production priorities, and align manpower allocation with project needs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE standards in line with company and industry regulations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, material traceability, and progress updates for project reporting.
Profile
  • Educational background: National Diploma / Relevant industry experience
  • Years of experience: 2-5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, programming, or supervisory roles.
  • Industry knowledge: Familiarity with fabrication and CNC equipment
  • Additional skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving ability; attention to detail; effective communication skills.
  • Computer literacy: Computer literacy and proficient in Excel (Advanced leve), Word, Outlook and office suite.
