You'll take ownership of core accounting processes - from invoicing and reconciliations to managing ledgers and VAT. It's a hands-on role with great exposure to the workings of a vibrant, high-energy industry.What you'll be doing
- Process supplier invoices and manage production cost of sales
- Prepare customer quotations and invoices
- Reconcile bank transactions and manage accounts (current, debit, money market)
- Maintain key schedules: insurance, fixed assets, production, and subscriptions
- Oversee VAT reconciliations and prepare VAT 201 submissions
- Handle debtors, monthly depreciation, and chart of accounts updates
- National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 3-5 years of solid bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Xero is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organised, and confident with numbers
- Experience in advertising or production is advantageous
